Expect to sit on hold for a long time. I needed to track down a check order that says it was delivered to the local branch instead of my apartment. I sat on hold with the 800 number for 34 minutes, just to be transferred to the local branch to answer my question in less than 5 minutes. I have been a valued customer for well over 15 years and today’s experience really made me think twice about continuing my banking needs with Regions in Millbrook Al. I don’t know if Renee was having a bad day but she was very rude and disrespectful.
Regions reserves the right to refuse any check. I was going to ask how to better invest my $70,000 with them. Therefore I will drive there and close my account. This is terrible customer service. Why in the world will you not publish the phone numbers for the individual branches?

BIG money and greed seem to be a cancer..I'm looking at other banks. IF I find a good one I will be moving my account and a LOT of my friends who I have influnce over will be moving money. There needs to be phones available at the bank branch not an operator. I cannot ask all the questions I need to ask with a robot. Regions also take forever with depositing money, when I come into the bank and give them money to put in my account it should be in my account immediately not days later.

As for calling , tonight I spent 2 hours on hold, no one could take responsibility or was willing to help me. Its obvious I must be a small fish in a big pond. I would recommend Regions Bank to all walks of life from the poorest to the richest. Oh and by the way, I will be closing out ALL my accounts with Regions after this. And you might want to screen your tellers a little better. "He didn't know that Hawaii was part of the United States or where it was".

The poorest service I have ever received from any bank. It appears that at least half of the people that respond with feedback give you folks a poor rating.
