I am trying to get a number for a local branch in South Carolina. Your computer phone service is telling me there are none in South Carolina. I know there are three unless they are closing down today. Why would you want to make people have to work so hard? I currently don’t have an account with you and can’t see why I would ever want one after this.
I've been down since April so I've had to get neighbors and family members to run errands for me. I've noticed that one of your employees is vry rude to my account. I since have people going to the Cape Coral E. It's just sad that I've been banking at your location for so long and now that this woman is working there it's made us all feel uncomfortble. This bank is not for small businesses. Hours are horrible, customer service is terrible - cause no one is there when you need them, and ATM machines are always down.

Unheard-of that there is no way to connect to a local branch!! The automated phone system is one of the worst I have ever used. After my latest interaction with this branch, I'll choose another bank. They are not even registered with the SBA for automatic forgiveness application. All they know, is how to create a ticket and will call you back which never happens. I tried again twice at different dates and have been on hold for over an hour with no response. When walked into the office the first time, the "manager" did not even know how to go about this information.
Needed to talk to someone at the branch. The 800 number was not helpful at all. Needed a person which would h Ave taken about 5 minutes. Banks have gotten where they are so impersonal. The customer service rep was very nice and apologized but I just needed to have my money elsewhere.

I won't go into full details of the many, many, many problems I had with Regions but I will say I will NEVER do business with them again. They even change dates on statements to accrue as many fees as possible. There are too many banks and credit unions to deal with Regions' crap. Having to wait ten minutes on an 800 number is ridiculous. Going to change my account to a bank with a local number and customer service. Needed a copy of a check that had cleared.
You need to list phone #'s for each branch. I hate staying on the phone waiting for someone to talk to. Please list #'s for Franklin, TN. Difficult to reach a banker at a branch.
Same as the dozens of folks previous, no local number for the branch and horrible wait times and endless menu's. Been a customer for 30 years and things sure have changed, guess I need to also. We tried to use Western Union and were refused service.
BIG money and greed seem to be a cancer..I'm looking at other banks. IF I find a good one I will be moving my account and a LOT of my friends who I have influnce over will be moving money. This is the second time in a week that I have driven thru the drive thru window and it was closed in the middle of the day. I was told that tellers needed to take breaks and there wasn't anyone to man the drive thru. Could not breaks be staggered so the drive thru window would not have to be closed.......just wandering.....it was an inconvenience. Wy was the bank closed Friday at 3.30 pm. Bank hours were supposed to from 9am till 5pm. Why does this place not have a local branch number....
I have one quick question and have been on hold with the 800 number for a very long time. I am betting when someone answers they may not even know the answer to my question. I just need to know if the bank has a notary and if they will be there on Saturday. I need to ask someone to meet me there on Saturday but don't want them to make the 45 minute drive and then not be able to do what we need to do.
